A thumb impression and a private reading can reveal sensitive information. NadiVedas collects only the information needed to coordinate the requested service and does not sell personal data.
Information may include your name, contact details, broad birth-year information, gender, thumb impression, booking records and communications. Payment credentials are handled by payment providers rather than stored as plain site content.
Data supports bundle classification, leaf-search coordination, live matching, translation, service delivery, support, refunds and required business records. Information should not be used to pre-fill a candidate-leaf match.
Only team members, readers, translators and service providers who need relevant information for delivery should receive it. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, security and legal obligations.
